What “complete” really means
Complete means every disposal stream and every clearance category disposal.ch offers — furniture, e-waste, mattresses, bulky waste, apartment, basement, office, business, shop, and recycling pickup — combined into one booking instead of several contractors.
Cleaning is not bundled into the same visit by default. If the property must be handed back besenrein, we can arrange professional cleaning through Züriclean as a separate service once the clearance date is set.

Pricing by property size and volume
Legacy pages do not list CHF amounts for overall clearance. Every property is different — quotes are photo- and volume-based only.
- Price follows property size, total volume, and floor / lift access — not a per-item catalogue.
- Studio, 2–3 room flat, house with basement/garage, and commercial premises are scoped differently; stairs matching the photos are included in the written Fixpreis.
- Send photos or a short video for a written fixed price before anything is booked.
- Cleaning is never assumed in the clearance figure — it is offered and priced separately when you need besenrein handover.
No CHF list prices are published for this service. If someone quotes a random figure without photos, treat it as incomplete.
